These terms apply to all products, assets, and materials included in this Toolkit, as well as all future updates and versions.

The following terms apply to all products in this Toolkit. Each asset is licensed exclusively to you, the original purchaser, for non-transferable, single-user use. These assets are provided to support your work in Power BI
reports and dashboards.
Unless otherwise stated, you may:
➢ Use the assets in your own reports for practice or real business projects
➢ Modify them to fit your needs
➢ Claim credit for the reports you create using them
You may not:
➢ Share, distribute, or transfer the original files to others
➢ Sell, resell, or repackage the assets in any form
➢ Claim the assets themselves as your own original work

1. Power BI Pro Background Template Pack (35 Backgrounds)
This product is licensed exclusively to you, the original purchaser. You are granted a non-transferable, single user license to use and modify these background templates in your own Power BI projects — for both practice
and real-world business use.
You May:
▪ Use the templates in your own Power BI Reports and Dashboards.
▪ Modify them to fit your project needs.
▪ Claim credit for your Power BI Reports that you build using them.
You May Not:
▪ Claim the background templates as your own original design work.
▪ Share, distribute, or transfer the templates to others.
▪ Sell, resell, or include these background templates in any commercial product, pack, or service.
To protect this work, watermarks, embedded metadata, and digital signatures may be used to verify ownership and identify unauthorized distribution.

2. Colorblind Friendly Power BI Color Schemes (25 Themes)
This product is licensed to you, the original purchaser, for single-user use. You may import and use these themes in your Power BI reports and dashboards, for both practice and real business projects.
You May:
▪ Use in your own reports and projects
▪ Modify colors, fonts, and settings to fit your needs
▪ Claim credit for the reports you build using them
You May Not:
▪ Share or redistribute the Excel or JSON files with others
▪ Resell or repackage the theme collection to share or sell in any form
▪ Claim this theme pack itself as your own work

3. Power BI JSON Theme Generator (Windows App)
This Windows software application and all accompanying files are licensed exclusively to you, the original purchaser, for non-transferable, single-user use. You are granted a personal, single-user license subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA) included with the download package.
You May:
▪ Install and use the software on any personal or business devices you own or control, for your own
single-user use.
▪ Use the software to generate JSON theme files and apply them in your Power BI projects.
▪ Claim full ownership over the Power BI reports and dashboards you build with the generated Output
You May Not:
▪ Share, distribute, or transfer the EXE, license, or download package to others.
▪ Resell, repackage, or include the app in any commercial product or service.
▪ Bundle the app into any commercial product, course, or service.
▪ Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the software (except as required by open source licenses for third-party components).
The software and related materials are protected under international copyright law. Unauthorized redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
Full terms are provided in the included EULA, Privacy Policy, Security Policy, Trademark Disclaimer, and Third-Party Notices files packaged with this product.

4. SVG Icon Pack (88 x 5 Variations)
This Library, including the PowerPoint deck, Power BI report file, and packaged SVG icon folders, is licensed exclusively to you, the original purchaser, for non-transferable, single-user use. It is a proprietary compilation created by Next Level Reports LLC.
While the individual icons are distributed under the Pictogrammers Free License (Apache 2.0 / MIT) and remain the property of their original creators, the organization, renaming, formatting, and presentation of these icons within this Toolkit are original works of Next Level Reports LLC.
You May:
▪ Use and modify the included icons in your own reports, dashboards, presentations, and Power BI projects.
▪ Copy and paste icons into Power BI visuals and other projects.
▪ Adapt the materials for personal or business use.
You May Not:
▪ Share, resell, repackage, or redistribute the PowerPoint deck, PDF File, Power BI report file, the organized SVG icon folders, or any renamed version of these specific sets.
▪ Claim ownership of the icons, the packaged sets, the deck, the PDF, or the included Power BI report as your own creation.

5. Emoji & Symbol Library (278 within 20 Categories)
This Library, including the Power BI report file, Excel file, and Notepad file containing this custom-curated set, is licensed exclusively to you, the original purchaser, for non-transferable, single-user use. It is a proprietary compilation created by Next Level Reports LLC.
The organization, curation, formatting, and presentation of these emojis and symbols within this Library are original works of Next Level Reports LLC.
You May:
▪ Use and modify the included emojis and symbols in your own reports, dashboards, presentations, and Power BI projects.
▪ Copy and paste the emojis and symbols into Power BI visuals and other projects.
▪ Adapt the materials for personal or business use.
You May Not:
▪ Share, resell, repackage, or redistribute the Power BI report file, the excel file, or notepad file nor renamed version of these sets.
▪ Claim ownership of the emoji and symbol packaged sets, the Power BI file, excel file, or the Notepad
file that contains this emojis and symbols set as your own creation.

6. Power BI Datasets (10 Custom Datasets & 6 AI Prompts)
This collection, including all dataset Excel files, Power BI (.PBIX) files, and custom AI prompts, is licensed exclusively to you, the original purchaser, for non-transferable, single-user use. It is a proprietary compilation created by Next Level Reports LLC.
The organization, formatting, modeling, and presentation of these datasets, as well as the design of the included AI prompts, are original works of Next Level Reports LLC. One dataset (AdventureWorks) is provided under Microsoft’s open-source sample data license and has been custom-enhanced, reformatted, and premodeled by Next Level Reports LLC.
You May:
▪ Use the included datasets to practice Power BI, build reports and dashboards, test DAX, and create UX/UI designs.
▪ Modify the datasets for your own projects.
▪ Share or publish reports and dashboards you create using these datasets, and claim credit for your
work.
▪ Use the included AI prompts with ChatGPT (or other AI tools) to generate new datasets.
▪ Share the new datasets you generate from the AI prompts, and share or publish any reports you create from them.
You May Not:
▪ Share, resell, repackage, or redistribute the original dataset Excel files or PBIX files provided in this product (including the custom-enhanced AdventureWorks file).
▪ Share, resell, repackage, or redistribute the AI prompts included with this product.
▪ Claim ownership of the dataset collection, the Power BI files, the Excel files, or the included AI prompts as your own creation.
AI Prompt Disclaimer
The included AI prompts are provided as guidance and may produce varying results depending on how they are used. Because I have no control over third party AI platforms such as ChatGPT, their models, updates, accuracy, functionality, or availability, I cannot guarantee that the prompts will always work as intended for every user. Results may differ based on the AI model used, platform version, user inputs, settings, and internet connectivity. These prompts were originally created and tested using ChatGPT 5 (Plus plan).

7. Power BI KPI Visual Examples (12 KPI Visuals with Measures)
This Power BI report file, containing six pages of KPI visual templates with accompanying DAX measures and a custom-enhanced dataset, is licensed exclusively to you, the original purchaser, for non-transferable, single user use. It is a proprietary work created by Next Level Reports LLC.
The dataset used (AdventureWorks) is provided under Microsoft’s open-source sample data license and has been enhanced, reformatted, and pre-modeled by Next Level Reports LLC.
You May:
▪ Explore the report file to learn from the included KPI visuals, DAX measures, and design techniques.
▪ Recreate or adapt the visuals, measures, and techniques in your own reports and dashboards.
▪ Share, publish, or distribute the reports and dashboards you create using these techniques, and claim credit for your work.
You May Not:
▪ Share, resell, repackage, or redistribute this Power BI report file, the dataset, or any direct copy or duplicate of them.
▪ Claim ownership of the original report file, dataset, visuals, or DAX measures as your own creation.

8. Power BI Button Template Pack (Navigation & Slicer)
This Power BI report file pack, including both Light Mode and Dark Mode versions, is licensed exclusively to you, the original purchaser, for non-transferable, single-user use. It is a proprietary work created by Next Level Reports LLC.
You May:
▪ Explore the report files to learn from the included navigation menus, slicer buttons, bookmarks, and design techniques.
▪ Copy, adapt, or recreate the button templates, navigation groups, and slicer designs into your own reports and dashboards.
▪ Share, publish, or distribute the reports and dashboards you create using these elements, and claim credit for your work.
You May Not:
▪ Share, resell, repackage, or redistribute the original Power BI report files, or any direct copy or duplicate of them.
▪ Claim ownership of the original button templates, navigation groups, slicer designs, or the packaged files as your own creation.

You May:

reports.
▪ Apply the 10 Step Process to your own Power BI projects, dashboards, and deliverables.
▪ Share and claim credit for the reports and dashboards you create by applying the process.
You May Not:
▪ Share, resell, repackage, or redistribute the guide, cheatsheet, PowerPoint, or PDF files in any form.
